Villefranche \nand the Beaujolais Academy<\/h2>

Issue d\u2019une Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re de Gens de Lettres qui,\u00a0 d\u00e8s 1667, forment des assembl\u00e9es priv\u00e9es avec le soutien de l’archev\u00eaque de Lyon, elle obtient, en 1695, des Lettres Patentes qui l\u2019\u00e9rigent en Acad\u00e9mie Royale. Sa devise est une rose de diamant avec ces mots “Mutuo clarescimus igne”.
L\u2019Acad\u00e9mie aujourd’hui regroupe environ 200 membres parmi lesquels 40 acad\u00e9miciens titulaires. On pourrait sans pr\u00e9tention aucune, la qualifier d’\u00ab Universit\u00e9 des Savoirs \u00bb, car son but est de promouvoir, \u00e0 travers ses publications et conf\u00e9rences mensuelles tout ce qui touche aux Sciences, aux Arts et aux Lettres.

Bessenay David<\/h2>

Natif de Clochemerle (Vaux-en-Beaujolais), David Bessenay exerce la profession de journaliste sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en agriculture depuis une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Amoureux du Beaujolais, il a \u00e9crit plusieurs ouvrages (roman, essai, histoire) sur son terroir de pr\u00e9dilection. Born in Calade, married with 2 children, marketer, expatriate in Martinique for more than 25 years, I founded a global communication agency which will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2022. Epicurean, I drink Beaujolais and my favourite is Juli\u00e9nas. Committed Rotarian, I thrive in the social and humanitarian actions that we lead within the Rotary Club of Lamentin with, as a driving force, this Rotary motto: \"serve to change lives\" and this wise thought from Nelson Mandela: \"I never lose. Laveur Denis<\/h2>
Photographer since 1976, he has begun in a professional printing laboratory, specialized in black and white. In 2000, he began his photographic production to highlight the beautiful things that cross his eyes, in connection with art de vivre, cooking, air pictures, wine and the people who do it. He also teaches photography in several schools in Lyon. He fell into it when he was little, the magic potion of photoengraving took him very young with his father. Five years of studies in the graphic industries allowed him to improve his knowledge and his experience was reinforced as a business manager at the age of 26 (printing, design studio, advertising and design agency : Communication, photo studio.
