Nous avons donn\u00e9 rendez-vous sur la place de Theiz\u00e9, l\u2019un des plus charmants villages du Sud Beaujolais, \u00e0 Paul, Hubert et Bruno. L\u2019objectif\u00a0: une d\u00e9monstration de cavage et des explications sur une culture encore m\u00e9connue sur le territoire. La truffe n\u2019est pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9e ici comme une tradition et pourtant, elle est d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9e dans les archives du XVI<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0si\u00e8cle. Alors, Beaujolais, terroir \u00e0 truffes\u00a0? Eh bien, oui\u00a0!
